The App does not know your dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions, or preferences unless you provide them to your AI client. Even if you provide preferences, outputs may be incomplete or incorrect.
The App is designed to operate without collecting or storing personal data on a backend controlled by the developer. Specifically:
Client processing: When you use the App through an AI client (such as ChatGPT), that client may transmit inputs to the App for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Any such inputs are handled transiently to process the request and are not intentionally stored by the App. However, you should review the AI client’s own terms and privacy practices to understand what it may store or log.
You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you will not:

If you run your own modified version of the App, you are responsible for your deployment, security posture, compliance obligations, and any data handling you introduce.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) $10 or (b) the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
